ABOUT THE JOB
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with different departments to collect, understand, and analyze data requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Transform and model raw data into clean, easy-to-understand, and visually compelling information.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality checks and troubleshooting data issues.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and dashboards to promote adoption and self-service analytics.
- Participate in continuous improvement of reporting and analytical processes, identifying opportunities to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain Power BI reports, ensuring their availability and resolving issues proactively.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related fields
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Solid understanding of data transformation, cleaning, and validation techniques.
- Strong ability to build stored procedures/scripts to form tables with insight information.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Palantir platform, DAX on Visual Studio, SSAS).
- Strong ability to interpret data and present actionable insights through visualizations and reports.
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards for different levels of management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with documentation standards, especially in the context of AML, AFC, or compliance risks.
- Good knowledge of contributing to regulatory documentation or compliance reports.

- Flexible working time: 8 hours/day from Monday to Saturday. You can work a fixed 6 hours from 8:00 PM-2:00 AM, remaining 2 hours arranged by yourself during the day
